Laura joined Hermitage Staging in 2024 as a Junior Stylist and quickly advanced to become one of the team’s trusted Styling Consultants. Lee is our highly valued Operations Manager and Warehouse Organiser, responsible for keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. With a hands-on approach and an eye for detail, Lee oversees a team of five dedicated men, ensuring that every staging project leaves the warehouse on time, in perfect condition, and returns just as efficiently. His leadership style blends strong communication with practical know-how, creating a well-coordinated environment where teamwork and precision are top priorities.
