Rachel Dartnall
As the Founder and Director of Hermitage Staging, Rachel has been leading the company with passion and vision since 2018. A mum of three boys, she is driven by her love for interiors and real estate, which has fuelled Hermitage Staging’s growth and success. Her extensive travels have broadened her perspective on global interior design, inspiring her to create unique and thoughtful spaces. Known for her warm personality and genuine care for others, Rachel thrives on building connections and delivering meaningful experiences. Family-oriented and open-minded, she brings a personal touch to every project.
Senior Interior Designer
Tara Hicks
Tara is a dedicated interior designer with over 8 years of experience in visual merchandising, wedding, and event styling. Holding a Diploma in Interior Design and Decoration, she combines her passion for aesthetics with a keen eye for detail. As a working mum who lives and breathes interior decorating, Tara brings creativity and practical expertise to every project. With strong management skills and a capacity to handle challenges, Tara’s ambitious drive fuels growth at Hermitage Staging. A true mover and shaker, she is committed to transforming spaces while driving our success.
Stylist and Marketing
Laura Blood
Laura joined Hermitage Staging in 2024 as a Junior Stylist and quickly advanced to become one of the team’s trusted Styling Consultants. With a background in photography and a completed interior design course, she brings a creative eye and technical expertise to every project. As a mum of two, she balances her role with exceptional organisation and attention to detail, ensuring each space is styled to perfection. Her passion for design and ability to connect with clients make her an invaluable part of the Hermitage Staging team.
